Leading off the main lobby lies the business lounge, where guests can read complimentary newspapers, make tea and coffee and relax on the leather sofas and armchairs. The room is decorated with modern dark wood panelling, and features a small meeting area and a flatscreen television.

The underground parking (surcharge) contains spaces for up to 48 cars. The hotel also has five conference rooms, complete with projectors, wireless Internet and audio-visual equipment.

The K K Opera has 205 air-conditioned guestrooms spread over seven floors. All have modern decor with white walls, wood panelling, crisp white bedding and graphic modern prints on the walls. Bedside tables, coffee tables and chairs are in cane and bamboo, with modern rectangular bedside lamps and standard lamps.

Wardrobes contain safes and desks have complimentary high-speed Internet connections and phones; wireless Internet is also complimentary. All rooms come with minibars and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms are tiled in white and have shower/bathtub combinations, hair dryers, toiletries, and makeup mirrors.
